Refunds will be made on any damaged or unopened merchandise if returned within 30 days of receipt. Please mail returns to the address listed on your package with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been received and will be credited back to the original form of payment. Postage will not be refunded.

Domestic Shipping (United States): All packages are mailed USPS First Class or Priority Mail (except for free shipping specials) depending on the weight and lowest price.
Shipping rates are set according to the state they are being delivered to. We are located in Maryland, so orders going to the West Coast are unfortunately higher. If you would like to see if we can find a lower rate, please leave a comment when you place the order and we will contact you by email.
We offer discounted shipping for orders shipped within the US:

Once your order is placed, we will contact you with the option of First Class International (with no tracking number) or Global Priority mail (with tracking number). Actual shipping rates will apply and will be added to your original form of payment.
Any import charges or taxes are to be paid by the customer. Please do not ask for packages to be valued less then your order amount or marked as gifts unless you are purchasing a gift for a different person. A copy of the invoice is required to be inside the box for custom inspections.
*Packages over 4 pounds must be shipped Global Priority mail.
*An $8 shipping discount will be applied to International orders over $100.
*Please note: If you choose to mail by First Class International mail with no tracking information, all lost packages are the responsibility of the customer.
